⚠ Issuer and venue share the Bitget ecosystem. The issuer is BG El Salvador, trading as Reality, which Bitget markets as its RWA issuance platform. Bitget is also the primary listing venue and distribution channel.
⚠ You trade on Bitget's spot order book, not on NYSE/Nasdaq. rTokens match on Bitget's own USDT spot order book; your buy and sell orders are not routed to US exchange order books.
✓ Underlying shares sit with independent Alpaca. The underlying shares are held in a segregated reserve at Alpaca Securities, an independent US FINRA/SIPC member broker-dealer.
Live market data for every listing carrying the Reality rToken brand, read from the registry at request time.
You own a contractual beneficial interest in the underlying securities, not the stock itself.
Held in the segregated custody described in Ownership structure above. The tokens are not themselves stocks or ETFs and convey no direct legal ownership of the underlying securities.

Transferability and DeFi. rTokens are standard tokens on Arbitrum One and Morph that can be self-custodied and used across DeFi, with no whitelist or wrapping required. Using an rToken in a DeFi protocol adds that protocol's liquidation and smart-contract risk on top of the token's own risks.
